Why did I start a blog?

 The question of 'Why did I even start this blog' seems to fill my mind. I'm not in this for money, I'm not in this for "fame". I am purely in this because it's my hobby. I have wanted to have a successful blog for nearly a year now until I finally started. I understand that it is going to take me time to build up my blog and get it to the standard that I have always dreamed for but I know that I can do it. When it comes to things like this I am determined. 

Basically, I am writing this to lay down rules for myself and start the foundation of my blog. Who knows where this will end up but I am willing to work my bum off trying to make it successful. I will try my absolute hardest to upload twice a week. I am usually good with sticking to routine but don't hold me to it haha. Sometimes though things do pop up in the way. 

ANYWAY. I feel as though I am on a writing frenzy so lots is in store. Hopefully I can build a interesting, engaging, fun blog that I enjoy and hopefully one day others will too.

Winter Essentials!

Winter is upon us once again but unfortunately in sunny Queensland it certainly does not feel like it. About three days ago I was STILL walking around in shorts and a t-shirt.. UGH. Anyway, I thought I would do this post to just share some of my winter essentials even though my winter coats most likely will not leave my closet. (sigh)

So, I love winter fashion. Words can't even describe. My first piece that I think are absolutely essential are over sized t-shirts and Jumpers. Super cute to wear over leggings or skinny jeans.

Next, winter coats. OH MY GOD. I am obsessed. Unfortunately though my bank account does not agree. Sadly, I don't own this coat displayed below. I just don't see the point when Australian weather doesn't get extremely cold. Hopefully one day though I get the chance to wear a big beautiful coat like this one.

NOW SHOES. It's not so hot that you can wear sandals or thongs so shoes that I have been loving for the minute are CONVERSES. Adore! Adore! Adore! I own a pair of low top white converses but wish to expand my collection. They are just so easily to pair with an outfit and ah I just love them.

So, to start off, I don't know how well this blog is going to turn out because let's face it... I am not the best a keeping things consistent and I highly doubt that anyone is ever going to read this but I am going to persist and try to get my blog somewhat recognised. What made me create this little blog was the inspiration that I have had from other bloggers and the passion that I have for writing, fashion, makeup and life. I have wanted to start a blog for sometime now but I really don't have a great deal of confidence (yep, you can definetly see that by the way I am keeping my blog anonymous for the time being). I just want to start posting a few posts here and there and see if anyone actually enjoys/reads/shares and then MAYBE I will unveil myself to the world wide web.
